Apartments

Radley Consultants have designed a number of apartments in Auckland, Mt Maunganui, Rotorua and Wellington ranging from 3 to 13 storeys in height.

These apartments were of reinforced masonry and concrete construction and have featured:

  • A cantilever building with reinforced concrete.
  • Apartments that stepped up the hill with each apartment being reached through an inclinator. The garage included a car turn table.
  • Terraced apartments constructed into the hillside with the building curved to match the curve of the hill.
  • Auckland waterfront apartments with the front curved to make Bean Rock the centre focal point.
