Radley Consultants Ltd is a team comprising Peter Radley - a chartered professional engineer and Scott Radley - a qualified architectural designer with extensive experience in the design and construction of building projects. These include a range of residential homes, apartment, light commercial building engineering and design.
We work with owners, developers and architects from the beginning to ensure an effective construction process and successful completion of the project.
We have extensive knowledge of the NZ Building Code and are experienced in the structural engineering design of new houses, apartments, light commercial buildings, and with varying alterations and additions to these building types. We also have extensive experience in the design of complex tennis courts and swimming pools.
We regularly communicate with Building Consent Authorities and know what their particular building regulation requirements for project documentation are. We ensure the necessary detail is included to obtain both the Building Consent and Resource Consent, as quickly as possible. Our planning and attention to detail results in successful outcomes for our clients with their applications to the Building Consent Authorities.
